Idaho/Wyoming part 3 Grand Targhee

 We went to Grand Targhee and went to the summit.  

Kenna was so scared to do the lift and her choose to be brave and do it!

Kaliah was also really scared and choose to go too! So happy my girls know that they can conquer their fears!

This was the best I could get of MyKay while trying to hold onto him at the same time.  Lets face it, I was scared to death too!!  I hate heights! It never gets easier for me!

Coming down the lift....it was SOOO windy on the way down!  I was sure my face was going to freeze off! 

All tuckered out....except Jojo, she still looks perky back there!

Idaho part 2

Camp Fire s'mores with friends!

We made a camp fire out back and roasted marshmallows an made s'mores 

Roasting was an adventure!! There is a proper technique to a proper marshmallow roast!

It was delicious, as you could see on every kids face! Chocolate everywhere!!

Derek REALLY liked his!!

Paizly defifitly loved hers!!! 

Kenna......had a fondness for hers as well!

Blaze was a mallow master!!

And all masters.....have a beard. His just happened to be out of Mallow!

MyKay and Paizly had the best time together! They laughed and played and ran around together all evening!

The slide at Karens house is really fast and her face says it all!!

I think these two will be forever friends!!!
It was a fun evening and we all smelled like smoke and had chocolate every where and it couldn't have been Better!!

Idaho Get away! Part 1

 

We went to Idaho for a week during the first part of September. 

On the way there...MyKay was out, head flopping everywhere!!

 We went to the park a few times and they loved it every time!!!

MyKay loved running around and doing everything there was to do!

The classic spinner....that no park bu this one has anymore!!! They spun so much it made my motion sick just watching them!!

I taught MyKay the Super Man way to swing!

So there was this cat.....Kenna liked to pet it 

It was all well and good until the cat came to assume that it owned the place. It got in the house repeatedly and bit MyKenna's foot. Every time we would open the door to go in or out, it would make a beeline to get inside!   We kept trying to run it off after that but it wouldn't go away! After getting inside in the middle of the night through the screen door in Karen and Ron's room, Derek decided to take it for a ride a few miles away. We will see if it finds it's way back.
