dreaming of a white Christmas

Mudding and taping are done...
Texturing is supposed to happen tonight
Hopefully there will be some color in there soon!

Family Christmas Party

We had our Family party last Monday...it was a lot of fun
The kids did Crafts, They made Bugs and Butterflies
Later Saileen did a little puppet show with hers. They loved them.
Little Eden loved sucking on them. How can she resist a fuzzy thing like that?

Yes they are weird, I know

The boys went Shooting
Maison loves to go with the boys and do all the manly stuff
Derek shooting his had gun.
One of the sad victims of their shooting adventure
While the boys were busy, the girls did....girl stuff
like Foot soaks
And seaweed wraps

Yes my girls love to do the girly stuff...are you suprised?
We also did an exfoliating hand run....
which I must say feels so nice and soft when you are done
Here they all are siting and soaking with their seaweed and hand salts
Me and Derek waiting for the kids Nativity

They got all dressed up
Linken was a shepard, which he called a leopard
Kenna was playing up her roll as an angel
Yes Baby Jesus is a princess doll, but hey,
boy dolls are hard to come by around here
Posing as the Nativity cast....they did so good.
I am glad it is second Generation now! ;P
Presents from Nana!!
Jewelry....how can you go wrong?
She got a sparkely doll, when it bounces it flashes, she loves it!
So all in all, a successful day! The kids had fun and many memories were made.
The fun of the Holidays!!! And more to come!!!

Festival of trees and 34 weeks along

This was their favorite tree in the whole place.
Kenna could not get over how many bears there were on the tree!
I have no idea how they made a train out of ginger bread but they did and it was cool!

This one was AWESOME!! The detail was mind blowing!

They were posing in their costumes in front of another cool gigner bread castle

And here is a picture from today, I am 34 weeks now. Getting close, i just hope we get the nursery done in time!

Way to go girls!!!

The girls got to dance at the festival of trees this year. They did so good. They are the only ones even doing the dance and Saileen didn't even miss a beat!! And Kenna wasn't even fazed by the other girls just standing around her. You girls are awesome!

Kenna update

Kenna's face had been healing very nicely. After only a week the scab fell off and now it is just a little bit pink where the scab was! It is almost like it never happened!

I was inspired

My cousin blogged about a car seat canopy she had made, I thought it was a super cute Idea, so I decided to give it a shot.

I spent a total of $5 on fabric (they sell these for $20 online)
I googled a tutotial for it and made one!

I am way excited about how it turned out. Being winter and all I wm very excited about having something over the car seat when we head out into the Freezing weather.
Thanks Jess for the great idea!!!!
