Baby boy...4 months!!!

Can't believe it, he is 4 months old!!
He is such a happy, fun little guy!!
He chews on his hands...constantly. No teeth that I can see though.
He loves to be a part of everything.  Even meal time.
He loves to sit on my lap and watch us all eat.
I know he can probably starting rice cereal and other foods,
but I think I am not in a hurry for him to grow up too fast!!
I love his laugh!!!
I love his cute little dimples!!
He loves to be held and he is a Momma's boy right now.
And I am totally OK with that!!
He is starting to sleep longer at night...which I am truly grateful for!!
His little blue eyes so sweet! I love this little guy to pieces!!

Pushing up the sky

Saileen was in her first play. The play dramatized an ancient story, retold around camp fires and carved into totem poles by the Snohomish tribe of the Pacific Northwest. The legend tells of a time when the seven Native American tribes of the region joined with the birds and forest animals to solve the problem of a lowering sky. The seven chiefs put aside their differences in language and customs to push the sky back into its place so the people and animals could live their lives without constantly bumping into the clouds.

Saileen is in the picture on the left with a curly bow in her hair.  You can see her head just to the left of the boy in the blue.

She had so much fun, we had fun watching her!!

More about the play in this link, they made the Daily Herald!!

annoyed

I am kind of annoyed right now, I have to vent and the person that is bugging me doesn't read my blog, so I think it is safer to do it here. I was on MY pintrest pinning things that interest me. Some of which had to do with politics. This morning on faceboook a follower of my piintrest board had this to say

"I am glad that some people have such strong beliefs that they want to share with others. And although I don't want people "preaching" their political beliefs to me, I will tolerate the facebook posts because everyone has the right to post that. But pinterest? Really? It isn't enough that I have to see all the mudslinging on facebook, now I have to see pictures and propaganda on pinterest? Pinterest is supposed to be for collecting ideas, not spreading propaganda. I think it has gone too far."

Now I know that is wasn't aimed at me directly but I am pretty sure that is where she saw it. Here is my issue with it. ITS MY PINTREST BOARD!! I can PIN what INTERESTS me. hence the name!! Wether is be food, clothes, homeschooling or POLITICS!!! If you don't like it, don't read it, don't follow me!! I don't really care!! but I shouldn't have to not pin things that I like because it might offend you! I was not preaching....I don't care what you believe, but don't tell me what to pin and not pin!!

And then you can say whatever you like and if I reply with my opinion, it would cause a war. So I won't, I know better than to start something that isn't worth fighting over. But it is terribly annoying that they think they can have an opinion on what I pin. People post about religion and homeschool, health and all kinds of things that might not appeal to everyone. Do we have to start worrying about what everyone else thinks before we pin it??? Totally not cool!!

Whew, I need to take a deep breath and let it go.......

P.S. please don't get offended at this post, I can't take any more people telling me I can't have an opinion!!!

Ok, I'm all better now! :)
