Life from the last month...

So I haven't blogged too much, mainly because there hasn't been much to report.
But here is what we have been up to lately.
We went to the conference center, that place is AMAZING!
My friend from Highschool came to visit, so we took a little trip to SLC
The girls loved having their new Pal Dana here!

On our way to SLC, sporting some upside down shades
Just a random picture of her falling asleep while in timeout
She loves playing blockes almost as much as dancing.....almost
Kenna was excited to go on a walk
3 in ballet class now

I am 25 weeks now.....

Our grass is filling in finally. Just in time for it to snow. :p

So all in all, a pretty quiet Summer. We are excited to head into the holidays.

I hope everyone is having a great week!!!

Hipo....what?

Kenna likes to sing every song she hears...most of the time she makes up her own lyrics.

This is one of her latest songs.

The actual lyrics say "he has someting special" a song by Miley Cyrus called he could be the one.

Better late than never!!

So I know is has been a while....(Sorry Becky) Things have been crazy around here.
Derek decided to finally get the yard done, and for anyone who has seen out yard before, you know if needed it badly!! Sorry to all our neighbors that have to look at our horrible yard for the last 3 years!!

We started with the wall. It was the worst part of our yard. And the most expensive to fin...hence the reason we haven't done it earlier. This is the wass finished. It is over 7 feet tall at the highest point.

Saileen walking in the middle of it.

It was not a small undertaking.
Thanks to all the neighbor boys who came and helped!! You guys are awesome!!!

Then the tractor went to work leveling and getting the yard ready for grass. I think he took over 15 or 20 dump loads of dirt and rock out of here.

Then come the planter boxes fot the garden.
On goes the top soil and then LOTS and LOTS of raking. Then Derek had to put all the sprinkler heads back on and reset them all, and after 2 rainy and windy days, he finally got it done. ANd then more raking!

Finally grass day came and they sprayed on the Hydroseed. Pretty interesting to watch.

Now we have green dirt until the grass grows.

Here is a side view of our soon to be grass.

So there you have it, what we have been doing for the last few weeks. Oh and in the middle of all that my kids have been sick. For 3 weeks now we can't go a few days without someone throwing up. WHAT IS THE DEAL!!!! Is that normal? I just don't get it! I haven't gotten to go to church in forever! Hopefully it will be over soon! I really hope!

Anyway, I will put some 'belly pictures' up soon...we find out the gender on tuesday.

Any guesses?? I'll post a picture then.

Have a great day!!!!

Not a baby anymore!

My Little Mylee turned 2 last week!
My oldest informed me... she Doesn't have a bottle, or a binki, she doesn't wear daiper or sleep in a crib, she is really a big girl!
And that she is, she is talking more and more, she loves to copy everything the older girls do, she is just a little lady now.
She is just as girly as the other girls are...Suprise suprise. She is often found wearing a tutu, or 2!

She has such a big personality for being so little! She also likes to think she is the boss, but is quickly informed otherwise from those bigger than her.

She and Kenna run around together and get into quite a bit of trouble. Those 2 are double trouble together. Kenna was much more well behaved when she wasn't the one coming up with all the ideas!

I do love that she is still a snugle bug though.
I love watching the girls dance, I love to see how they move and feel the music.
I wouldn't doubt if we have another ballarina on our hands!
What a sweet little face and what a happy girl!! Who could ask for more!!
Even though she isn't a baby anymore, it is fun to watch her grow up and interact with the world around her. I sometime think that I have seen the "fun stage" of my kids but they keep getting more and more fun the older they get! I love spending my days with my kids!
Happy Birthday Mylee!

She has gotten really good at swinging herself high

Coloring with Grandpa

The white elk at bear world

They loved seeing all the animals

Kiddie sized Carnival rides

Derek Took on the car ride that bobbed them up and down the whole time

We watched as boo went on the spiny ride

The said "spiny ride"

A new baby fawn

A hairy pig

The deer in the petting zoo
Me and my little bear cubs
This bear got really close to the car
We found the matching bear to the toy she picked in the toy shop
a souvenir from bear world
This huge bug decided to hitch a ride home with us. Too bad he didn't survive the trip.

We got a flat on the trailer...while I was driving....it delayed us, but we eventually made it home!
