I love family! Its always such a great feeling to spend time with them. To answer your question, boxers are WONDERFUL dogs, very playful and friendly and loyal, but they are working dogs so they are very active and need lots of excercise and if they are not kept busy they get bored and get into mischief. They are great though. It all depends just on what you are looking for. We also have a bulldog who is alot more lazy but just as friendly and loyal. He was a wonderful first dog. Hope you find a good one! (Potty training is rough, too, but totally worth it once they get the hang of it!)
