The Weeef

Mylee's jammies were getting a little short, and in light of summer approching, I decided to just cut them into shorts.  Little did i know, I was creating her new favorite possesion 

The minute I gave them to her, she LOVED them.  She calls them "weeef"  Her version on the word sleeve.  She carries them around and hugs them. She puts them on her arms and legs.    

She gets very upset if anyone else tries to play with them or take them away from her. 

 

She is so funny with them. 

 I just had to share the funny video's we got of her and her new weeef's.

I was trapped in the twilight word!

My Mom and sister have been really into the Twilight books, well actually I think almost everyone in my family has read them, except me.  I was really reluctant, a book about Vampires....really! I was sceptical! I am not a big novel reader either.  People were finishing the book in a matter of a day or 2 and were in love with it..yadda yadda yadda... 

Then the movie came out and I liked it, so I thought, what is the harm in reading the first one to see if I liked it.

And so here were are, 4 days after my Mom gave me the books, I read them BOTH in 4 days!!

Am I crazy!!! At this point yes, I think so! 

Theses books are like 500+ pages EACH!

I cannot believe how good they were.  Even after seeing the movie and knowing the story line, I couldn't put the stinkin' book down!!! 

I finished the second one in 25 hours!  I am not even joking!!  

I was on the edge of my seat, my heart was racing, I was freaking out when they were in Italy! And those of you who have read them know exactly what I mean!  

It was better than any movie I could have been watching!

So I am among the large the group of unsuspecting victims who have fallen prey to these incredible books! The carnage is unbelievable!  Messy houses, children running around in their pajamas,  Dishes overtaking the kitchen, too much t.v. for the kids, laundry almost taking over the basement!  I hang my head in shame that I was so easily lured it! 

I have to wait until my mom gets back from her cruise to be able to read book 3 and 4.

But I am fully aware this time that I should not start reading them until I know that I have a couple days free. I am not going to make that mistake twice!  

So if you haven't seen or heard from me in a couple days, now you know why!

I can't wait for the movie to come out in November, but it better live up to the book..Seriously! 

Those directors and producers have a pretty big job on their hands!

I am still trying to process the last 4 days tring to comprehend the whole thing, I will get back to you when I pinpoint which part was my favorite!  Right now it would be the whole book!!

So now I am back to reality.....Time to get something done......Bummer!

We made some home made pizza a little while ago and it was SOOO GOOD!  I had to take a picture!  It was amazing, I hope the next time we make pizza it can be that good!
