Weekes Reunion

We had a family reunion this weekend, it was fun to see everyone again. It had been like a million years or something like that. There was good food, good people and it turned out to be a great time. Lots a boating and 4 wheeling was going on but most of us were just sitting around talking.

That one in the middle...that is her, My Grandma, she is the one responsable for all these crazy people! On either side of her are her daughters, my aunts, Diana and Arlaine.
Here is my cute hubby after her hurt his arm.....Bummer!

My cute sister! Me with my little neice, she is a doll, Love you!

My Mom with the babies!
My youngest Brother Ethan!

My oldest brother, Shane and his family...aren't they cute!
Justin's wife, Breanne and their baby
My neice again, but if you look closely, that is my daughter behind her teasing her.
This is my Dad, in his cool hat!

Cousins and best pals!

I think my Mom can fit 1 or maybe even 2 more kids on her lap, what do you think!

Celeste and her cute little lilly!

Justin and Shane, just hanging out.
A Special thanks to Sheri for

Natures Beauty!

After it rained the other day, we looked outside and saw this HUGE RAINBOW! It was so pretty. I couldn't help but take a picture. I thought you would all like to see.

Fathers day in Idaho

We took a little trip to Idaho last weekend. It was a nice trip. We all had fun and enjoyed our time at Grammy's house.

Grammy's slide is super fast, they went flying off the end more than once!

Everyone piled in the wagon for a little walk. They were pretty sqished in there!

Derek Tried to get Saileen to go on a tractor ride, she was excited, until she got inside. The picture speaks for itself, she SCREAMED the whole time. I guess it was scarier that she expected.

By the time we left, there were a few less bushes and a few more memories. It was a great weekend.

A wonderful FATHER!

Fathers day is just around the corner. I have been thinking about all the things makes Derek such a great Father.

We are so blessed to have him in our lives. My girls LOVE their Daddy!

He plays with them and isn't afraid to laugh be silly with them.
They know he loves them, and he isn't afraid to show it, which I am really grateful for. I love how he spends time just being with them.

He makes them feel important when they want to show him every picture they draw and every dress they try on and every dance move they make up.
He is patient and kind and I appreciate everything he does for us.

I could go on and on, but when it comes right down to it, he is a great Dad and I Love him so very much.
Happy Fathers Day Derek!!

a milestone!

So this is HUGE for my kids

For any of you who know my kids, you would know that they are not fond of animals, even cats and dogs.
So a friend of the family had some puppies at their house and my kids actually held one and weren't screaming.
It took a little bit of time for them to warm up to it, but by the end Saileen was saying, "I think this puppy loves me, it wants to stay at my house." (Yea right!)
So the pictures are proof that this really happened! It wasn't just a dream!

Even MyLee got in on the action.

New Discovery

Mylee figured out how to walk with a walking toy! She is growing up so fast! I can't believe she is almost 1! I bet she is just tring to walk to keep up with the other girls. Ready set go!!

Fat Free Sugar cookies

We made some fat free sugar cookies today. It was quite an adventure. Saileen helped put the frosting on and Kenna licked all the frosting off of her cookies. I am reall y happy about how these cookies turn out, pretty much every time. We LOVE SUGAR COOKIES!!

The frosting is the only thing that has butter in it. I personally prefer them without frosting. They are great both ways!
