8 months old

It has been a while since I have posted some pix of this little lady. Okay only a month, but she changes so much so fast!!!
She is already 8 months old! She is on the verge of crawling and loves to stand next to things and pull herself up. Espically in her crib and play pen!!
She loves FOOD!! She wanted nothing to do with baby food, so we just started giving her real food and she dove right in!!
Still no teeth....but she still manages to chew everything just fine.
She is a little sweatheart and I love her to pieces!!

Polka Dots!

It is no secret,I love to dress them alike!!
This was a couple weeks ago, and it may be the last time baby can wear her dress before she grow out of it, so I decided to take a picture of it! Besides, they are too stinking cute!!!

Camping

The girls wanted to go camping, so they did.....in the back yard.

They were pretty excited!!

Jojo stopped to give me a 'pose'

Even though jojo decided to come in at about 10:30 and sleep on my floor,
I believe it was a success!
Yes I know what you are thinking!! I woosed out and slept inside!!!
That is correct, I was not about to try to sleep with a baby outside!
One of the fun things of summer, sleeping outdoors WITH DADDY!!!!

A fancy party

My nephew just turned 8, and for his part he wanted to have a fancy dance party. He loves to dress in his fancy tuxedo outfit and what a great way to have an excuse to dress up!
The girls were so excited to dress fancy, they could hardly stand it!
They got dance with Grammie, as you can see on Saileen's face, they loved it!

They just adore their Grammie
Here is a picture of Saileen with her cousin.
All the girls with him.
They grow up too fast!

The law of the Garbage Truck

Law of the Garbage Truck

One day I hopped in a taxi and we took off for the airport

We were driving in the right lane when suddenly a black car jumped out of a parking space right in front of us.
My taxi driver slammed on his brakes, skidded, and missed the other car by just inches! The driver of the other car whipped his head around and started yelling at us.
My taxi driver just smiled and waved at the guy. And I mean, he was really friendly.
So I asked, 'Why did you just do that? This guy almost ruined your car and sent us to the hospital!'
This is when my taxi driver taught me what I now call, 'The Law of the Garbage Truck.'

He explained that many people are like garbage trucks. They run around
full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment.
As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it and sometimes they'll dump it on you. Don't take it personally.

Just smile, wave, wish them well, and move on. Don't take their garbage and spread it to other people at work, at home, or on the streets.

The bottom line is that successful people do not let garbage trucks take over their day.
Life's too short to wake up in the morning with regrets,

so ... Love the people who treat you right.
Pray for the ones who don't.

Life is ten percent what you make it and ninety percent how you take it!

Have a garbage-free day!

Outnumbered

We used little lady bug to set up the lights for another shoot we were doing and
got these pictures of her in her Jammies.
Upon closer inspection, I think her eyes will be brown afterall.
Which will leave Kenna and I saddly out numbered 2 to 4.
We thought her evey were going to be blue for a long time, but after looking at these, they are looking pretty brown! Good thing I love brown eyes!

Summer fun

So the not so fun part of summer is those pesky wasps, one of which decided to sting my lettle Kenna! Right under her left eye! Poor girl! Saileen made sure kenna felt bettter by telling her that the wasp would die now and that was not a ver smart choice for the wasp!

But later that week, we went to Celeste's house and the girls got to play with their cousins!

It was a perfect day, it was overcast, but still warm and NOT WINDY!!!
Belle was taking water over to the play house where they were playing!
They were out there for a really long time and loved every minute of it!
Cute little Lily! She is getting so big!
Jojo loved the kitchen outside!! She finally got to put REAL WATER in the play kitchen!
Kenna was looking mischivious, funny little lady!
Baby Kaliah was catching a nap while the girls played
They watched a movie afterward. Barbie of course! They had a ton of fun!

Th coolest playground ever and the tortilla monsters!

We happened upon this playground up North around Kaysville area.
It was so much fun for the girls!

The minute we drove up to it and the girls saw it they couldn't get out of the car fast enough!
There were tunnels and bridges and slides all over the place
I love that my baby loves me so much!

Oh yea, and swings too!
It took them a long time to even see everything there was to see there!

Daddy chillin' with baby!

Meet Jojo, the tortilla monster!!!

And her crazy sister!
Thery seriously do this everytime we have tortillas!
Cracks me up every time!!

answer

To answer the question of who it was...It was Kenna who put a whole in the wall. Last week, I am sure a lot of you have heard, Saileen got locked in a storage tote and nearly suffocated. Needless to say we have been having quite a few talks about saftey around here. Geeze!!!
Hopefully our run of dangerous situations is OVER!!!

much thanks

Thank you wall for saving my childs head! I am aware that had she been any further from the wall her head would have hit the floor instead! So I am glad that you took the hit for her sake. I was very glad that I did not have to go to the hospital and all she walked away with was a headache and a bruise. So I will ignore the fact that you need fixed and let you searve as a reminder to all my children that they should not push back on their chairs, just like Mom said!
