Cabin Trip with the Stakers

We took a little trip to Soda Springs Idaho with the Staker Crew! 

The girls got to Fish for the first time! 

The little pond was stocked really well and we could see the little fish pop up all over the place when we threw fish food in!

A little play area in the wooded area, lots of fun was had there! 

Kaliah thought fishing was fun until she caught one, then she freaked out screaming that the fish was going to touch her! It was pretty funny! 

None of my kids were all to keen on touching the fish

They certainly loved watching them though! 

The beautiful Lake with the cabin behind it in the woods.

Until she tried to get out on the shore and the boat rocked and dumped her out....OOPS!

They are more fun actually!! 

She finally did it! She Rode the zip line!!! Such a brave decision seeings how she was scared to death to do it!

This was the Cabin we stayed at! 

Mallows, Campfire and cousins...

Bk got to use his fishing pole, and even caught one....again,
not a fan when it came out of the water!

He was thrilled to have someone to play superheros with him

They even had a rocking horse to play on! 

This was my favorite view, porch swing, beautiful view! 

We decided to go on a little hike....it was really pretty! 

So many trees, I felt like I was in the North West again! 

Beautiful weather too! Nice and overcast! 

Couldn't believe all the beautiful trees! As far as you can see! 

He did like the pine cones though! 

The boy got tired, we got creative in how to hold him....

At the top of the Hill...Kaliah was sure she couldn't walk another step...

Until the sun screen wears off and you get FRIED!!!!

Like tomatoes.....Truly Fried!!! 

The cold towels and lavender oil was their only relief! 

 And along with getting fried, Alex lost his keys and phone in the river and had to drive back and meet a friend half way to get a spare set so be able to get home....OOPS.....All in all a good trip with good memories!
