Poor little face

While playing outside, she was running down the sidewalk...with her hands in her pockets. Not a good Idea! She just kept saying "but Boo was doing it!" She just couldn't wrap her brain around why she got hurt and Boo didn't. Maybe it was because her shoes were on the wrong feet as well.

She managed a smile though..poor little girl!
This is day 2. Pretty sad looking I know. I think she likes the attention though. Everyone picks her up and tells how brave she is and how sad her owie is.

So it is doing better, hopefully it will be gond before her dance recital. I don't think make up will be able to cover that one up. All well, kids will be kids!

Are you afraid?

They are trying to be really scary here, I don't think it worked so well.
It is pretty hard for them to look intimadating. They were trying to growl and it sounded more like they were singing. What can I say, they are pretty ferocious!

another clip

Here is another song they did. This first one they call it their "Rough dance" That is what all the grumpy faces noises are about.

The Show!

My girls decided to put on a show the other night. With costume changes and planned choroegraphy and everthing. They did 4 different songs. People who get boys are said to be going for their baseball (or basketball) team, I think i am working on my dance team!!

I am trying to load some clips of their show, but My computer is not agreeing with me.

Here are a couple clips I managed to get to load.

hypnobirthing class

I went to my first Hypnobirthing class last nigh and I did make Derek come with me, although he did try to convince me to go to a movie instead on the way there. I was a good class, I even learned some new things about childbirth.I just have to say, The Power of the mind and the incredible capabilities of a body are just astounding! If you have never heard of Hypnobirthing before, you are probably thinking I am a crazy person. Look it up and you will be amazed to see what women can do when given the tools they need to go through childbirth naturally.

Killer good sale!!!

This morning I found out about a 50% off coupon on your entire purchase at Payless shoes, so I packed the girls up for a little shopping trip...
Came home with this...I paid less than $80 for all of this and some of them were not even on sale.

This I must say was the find of the day. I paid $3 for these Princess shoes....kenna and Mylee both got a pair and they love them and the epically love matching!! Got to love a great sale!!

Cinnamon Rolls

Welcome fall!!! And all that comes with it!!!

These Cinnamon rolls are made with wheat flour and Raw sugar....about as guilt free as I can think of!!

Now you add some frosting and not as guilt free, but delicious. Compared to a normal cinnamon roll, a lot better for you and Pretty darn yummy!

My 2 year old didn't not want any cinnamon rolls!! MY 2 YEAR OLD!!! DOES NOT LIKE CINNAMON ROLLS!!! IS SHE CRAZY?

It's coming along

Derek finished the framing and the electrical is set for Monday. It is getting closer and closer. I am so proud of all the hard work that Derek has put into it so far. I know he is totally doing it for me. I really appreciate him!! I am so excited to have it done!!
It will mean that I can start getting the nursery ready for the baby. YEA!! And the girls will have a place to play with their toys without bringing them all over the house!! Double YEA!!!

Their own self

So I was just thinking the other day about how incredibly different each of my kids are, which I must say is probably easier to do when they are all girls. It is amazing to think that the same genetics from 2 people could be so different each time. Their skin color, their little face shape, their hair texture even the way and rate at which their hair grows, all so different from each other.

If I were to ask what should we have for dinner the reply is almost always
Mylee: OATMEAL!!! Yes my 2 year old would eat oatmeal every meal, everyday if she could
Kenna: Beans and Chips, or tortillas.....being my child who doesn't eat much she sure can put away a lot of beans and chips!!
Saileen: Spaghetti or Alfredo
We have had those 3 meals so many times I can's even count. Also 2 of my kids LOVE apple sauce and Kenna can't stand it, but on the other hand, Kenna loves nuts, like me, and the others won't eat them at all!

Even with the way they respond to new people, Saileen will be shy for a short time, Kenna will usually have no reservations introducing herself and Mylee will climb on my lap and hide her face.

I could go on and on, but I am greatful for my little ladies that make me smile every day!

There is one thing that they are all the same...their fear of pets! They all FREAK OUT when a cat or dog comes within a 15 foot radius of them. I don't know why, Saileen grew up with a dog at my moms until we moved and she still does the same thing. I guess they will have to grow out of that one.

I guess I have been thinking about it more with another girl on the way, I wonder what she will be like. I guess I will have to wait and see. :P
